Refund and/or Returns Policy
For Limited Item Finds
Eurahgena Store have a 30-day return policy, which means a customer have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition or good condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, and to get further instruction as to where an item must be shipped or delivered a customer may contact through eurahgena@gmail.com.
Items sent back to us (in an instance if be made possible) without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For Clothing, Accessories, and Images on Canvas (for Canvas Print/s) not in Limited Item Finds Collection
(such as caps, T-shirts, Hoodies, and Images for or on Canvas)
- Returns or exchange of merchandise is not accepted for ordering wrong color, size, or change of mind situation/s.
- For case/s of damaged product (that is not caused by the customer or any person related to the customer) or manufacturing error, a customer has 30 days period to report an issue to eurahgena@gmail.com with a clear image or photo of a damaged item for reprinting or refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.
- Issues for damaged product or manufacturing error is for assessment before reprint or refund.
- (In an instance only if be made possible) reports pass 30 days will not be accepted for merchandise reprint or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in an instance of receiving a wrong item, so that in any case of issue - may be evaluated.
For Gift Cards or Gift Voucher (including digital)
Returns or refunds are not accepted for gift cards, gift voucher, or digital gift voucher/s.
